This system enables you to do many things. This system is not a fool proof system. But with great power, comes greater responsibility. You can easily make mistakes, damage stuff, and hurt yourself. While we have designed this block to be super strong and cheap/easy to repair, you aren't. Be responsible.
You are responsible for thinking ahead of time. We will set out basic guidelines, but you are completely responsible for this unit and its changes, adjustments, and anything that you do with it including but not limited to: transporting, moving, modifying, adding, subtracting, or anything you can possibly do to it the second it leaves the lot. Think things thru thoroughly.
Yes to all. These platforms can be used for MANY different things. Put on wheels like a trailer or running gear, a truck, or permanent foundation. Modify them to meet your needs.
Depending on how you attach blocks together, they can be easily detached/reattached. Detach a block, elevate it, slide a truck or trailer under it, lower and bind down, drive to location. Reverse the process to reattach the block.
Currently, we do not provide financing options directly. They can be financed as personal property or mortgage depending on your institution. We may expand that in the future.
Yes. Testing has yet to be completed on this but there's no reason why they can't be. The ends are designed for additional reinforcement as needed, for additional stability. Please review the "How to stack".
Each model is a template. It has unpainted plywood interior, steel exterior, insulation, two double pane windows, and a 36"x80" exterior door. Running gear, trailers, and other accessories sold separately.
Yes, each block can be orientated and added to another, with multiple different techniques. You can expand in multiple directions. Please see the how to guide.
There are many uses for this platform. Its modifiable your needs. There is no electric, lighting, plumbing, appliances, or other utilities. Please talk to our partners, your local contractor, or use DIY guides.
After the order is placed and processed, materials are acquired, and building starts. After the order is ready(typically 6-8 weeks), it can be picked up. In the future, we will be having next day pick up.
These are designed to meet a variety of needs, so they are generic as possible. Every state and local building code is different. This is designed to be adapted to meet any code with modifications. It is not officially certified in any state yet. I will be getting it UDC certified as time allows. You can research the changes needed, or talk to a contractor, builder, or local permitting body. Please see the How to make these UDC compliant section.
Not currently. Blocks are produced at the factory by employees.
We use high-quality building materials that are energy-efficient and durable. These materials include steel panels, timber, screws, cellulose(recycled paper)insulation, and foam insulation.
Yes, verify you have the space and access. Put on blocks or leave on wheels.
We only produce them in selected facilities at this time.
No. Currently they are 8x24, but perhaps in the future they will come in 8x16 sizes. You can modify the length after purchase.
Its a simple yet strong steel structure with 4 wheels that supports the weight of the load. Some have braking systems, the one's used for display do not have brakes. We use basic 6 ton(12,000lbs rating) running gear from EZ Trail but there are many other companies that provide running gear. Running gear are not typically designed for continuous road usage. Some that are designed for over the road, can be used but not currently offered. A carriage add on is required to install a block on to the running gear.
Using an ACH, Zelle, or wire transfer is free of charge. Using a card adds 3% surcharge. That would be ($11,000x.03=$330). We hate that there's no way around the processing fee when using cards.
Currently, shipping will be done by the client. We are looking to expand that part of the business as we grow. We recommend using a trailer or semi. Running gear *can* be used to transport depending on distance.
Yes, depending on your state regulations, and purpose. If you are hauling it yourself, you are able to haul in Wisconsin. If you want to get this under 8'6" in width, there are several options: install thinner bottom trim, remove bottom trim temporarily for transport, use a wide load sign or other options.
No. Its designed for multiple uses, many of them don't require the bottom to be waterproofed. Please see "How To Water Proof Bottom".
